This 3 Bedroom + Bonus / 3 Bath custom home is nestled in the woods with a commanding view of the Stuart Mountain Range, and comes with access to the Trailside community pool facility.

* The main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* The main floor guest bedroom has a king bed and is supported by a guest bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.
* The lower floor guest bedroom has a queen bed.
* The lower floor bonus/bunk room has two sets of twin/twin bunks with twin trundles underneath, a TV and direct access to the covered, private hot tub.

LOCATION
Basecamp is located within the brand new Mountain Community of Trailside just 5 miles from Cle Elum and 7 miles from golf and fine dining at Suncadia Resort. You’ll have access to the new community pool facility within walking distance of the cabin! The Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through September weather permitting. (A maximum of 6 guests can use the pool facility at a time. This regulation is enforced by the HOA.) The 125 acre Trailside Community is surrounded by national forest land and is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sledding, fly fishing, wildlife viewing, and much more!
** Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

Summary: House & area was great. Beds were comfortable. Loved having bedrooms upstairs & downstairs. Bonus room with TV, xbox & two bunk beds (total 6 twins) win win with kidsGarage great with fullsize ping pong, foosball & shuffle board. Plenty of spices. Downside.pictures showed basketball hoops in garage— not there. stains on sheets & roasting pan was dirty. Not decent shampoo & no conditioner. But would highly recommend &loved staying few nights.

Summary: The pictures don’t do this property justice, it is much larger than it looks and has an INCREDIBLE view from many rooms and the hot tub!! High quality finishes and all the items you would need for your stay! We were snowmobiling and the location was perfect, right near Evergreen Sno Park. The property is on a hill so the kiddos were able to sled right there and at the snow park. Game room was great extra space. It is a sloped driveway. Excellent response from host and handy app for your phone.Excellent rental, we’ll likely stay here again!

Summary: The house was everything it advertised to be. Spacious and clean. The kids loved the game room and having two living spaces meant kids and adults had their own domains. We would definitely rent this house again!

ASVR was wonderful to deal with, as always. The view of The Stuart mountains is amazing. We cooked many meals there and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. There is shuffleboard and Ping Pong in the heated garage, a BBQ for grilling, a hot tub for relaxing, and a heated deck. Walking in the Trailside neighborhood is beautiful. Basecamp is a beautiful house just a short distance from either downtown Cle Elum or Suncadia Resort. Thank you again for the amazing stay.

Summary: We booked this home for this weekend because our dear friend was getting married in Ellensburg and me and my friend were preparing the rehearsal dinner for her and we needed a big kitchen. The kitchen of course was perfect but so was the whole house. It made what could have been a stressful weekend trying to make our friends day special, go so smoothly and relaxing for us. Thanks for such a beautiful home to be able to stay at and relax for the weekend.
